Mesa Design Review Board meets on November 10

The Design Review Board of Mesa will meet on November 10, 2026, at 4:30 PM to discuss several agenda items, including a Preliminary Design Review for a 16,000± square foot industrial development at the northeast corner of East Pecos Road and South Mountain Road.
The board will also consider an Alternative Compliance request for a 57,632± square foot expansion to an existing industrial development located approximately 800 feet northwest of the intersection of North Greenfield Road and East McDowell Road.
